By accessing or using the services provided by Epigie ("we", "our", or "us"), including our website, mobile applications, and other products (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL EPIGIE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF EPIGIE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zambia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
